If you accidentally purchased a subscription or upgraded to the wrong plan, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the transaction. No questions asked.
If a technical issue on our end makes the app unusable for an extended period (more than 72 hours), you may request a pro-rated refund for the unusable period. You must provide:

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
Annual plans are non-refundable after 48 hours, as they include a ~24% discount over the monthly price. We recommend trying the monthly plan first if you're unsure.
The Free plan is completely free with no payment required. There is nothing to refund. If you upgrade from Free to a paid plan, the refund policies above apply to the paid subscription.
